Whose site this is

This is Karen Shardlow's personal website. It is run independently and is not owned or operated by Breeze Salon + Spa or any other salon.

What Karen collects

When you fill out the booking form, this site saves your first name, your email address, the service you're interested in, the page you came from and the date. That's all. The site doesn't use advertising trackers.

Who has it

Your details are stored on this website's own servers and go to Karen. They are not sent to, shared with or added to any salon's client records. They are never sold.

Booking and payment happen separately on Breeze Salon + Spa's own system, under its own policies.

Emails from Karen

If you tick the updates box, you're asking to hear from Karen directly, and she may email you about openings and hair advice. The site records the date you opted in and the wording you agreed to. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, and you can stop them at any time.

Removing your details

To see or delete what this site has saved about you, email karen@karenshardlow.com.
